Q. Are Your Pest Products Safe For My Children and Pets?
A. I only use the safest pest products available to ensure the safety of your family and beloved pets too.
Q. Do I Need To Empty My Cupboards Or Move Anything?
- I do request you move as much furniture and items away from walls and skirting boards as possible.
- There is No need to clean out the cupboards.
Q. What Happens If It Rains On The Day?
A. If it is heavy rain you will be contacted on day before the treatment appointment.
If only light showers it maybe possible to complete the treatment.
Most Insecticide products are pretty good at bonding with the soil and materials where they are sprayed these days, but for your peace of mind I offer a full 12 month service Warranty on all my treatments.
Q. Do I have to leave while you carry out the treatments?
A. No, you do not have to leave your home while it’s being treated as the sprays and treatment is targeted to where pests live.
HOWEVER, IT IS ADVISED YOU LEAVE FOR 30 MINUTES OR SO WHILE WET INTERNAL SPRAY IS APPLIED IF YOU HAVE YOUNG CHILDREN AND DOGS AND CATS SO THEY ARE NOT WALKING THROUGH THE WET SPRAY.
Q. Do You offer a Service Warranty?
A. All Treatments Now come with a 12 Month Service Warranty (excluding the Bond exiting lease initial flea treatment.)
Q. Do you work on weekends and nights?
A. Yes I am happy to work nights and weekends by appointment.
Q. I am still seeing pests!
A. You need to wait about 10 days for the treatment to be at its most effective.
Q. How often should I have a treatment?
A. This is dependent on the pest and the level of the investigation but normally every 12 months.
Q. Will The Spray Stain My Walls And Carpets?
A. Sprays will not stain your walls or curtains and carpet.
Q. Carpet Cleaning, House Pressure Washing and Widow Cleaning?
A. These all should be done before pest control treatment so not to wash away Insecticide.
